(3) Purpose of use of personal information

When AOG acquires and uses personal information handled in all businesses and personal information of employees, etc., it clarifies the purpose of use and appropriately collects personal information within the range necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use. We will handle it and will not use it for any other purpose.


<Personal information obtained by membership registration>
  Personal information provided when registering as an AOG member will be used only within the scope of the purpose of operating AOG. 

<Personal information obtained when making inquiries or requesting disclosure of the Personal Information Protection Law>
Personal information provided by customers through inquiries will be used for responding to inquiries.

 

(4) Provision of personal information

AOG will not provide or disclose personal information to any third party other than the recipient who has given consent in advance.
However, in the following cases, personal information may be provided without the consent of the individual.
・ When required by law ・ When it is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person ・ Improvement of public health or promotion of sound development of children When it is particularly necessary to obtain the consent of the person, and a national institution, a local public body, or a person entrusted by the institution / group carries out the affairs stipulated by law. (5) Outsourcing of personal information

AOG may outsource part of its business to an entrustment contractor after concluding a confidentiality agreement. The contractor contacts and uses the personal information necessary to carry out the contracted business, but does not use it for any purpose other than that business.
  When outsourcing, we will select a business operator whose personal information protection level meets the safety measure standards set by AOG, and perform appropriate management and supervision.

 

(6) Disclosure of personal information, etc.

AOG will promptly respond to requests from customers to notify, disclose, correct, delete, use or suspend the provision of personal information to third parties.

 

(7) Management of personal information and security measures

We will ensure the safety and accuracy of the management of personal information by taking appropriate preventive measures against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, damage, falsification and leakage of personal information. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, we will endeavor to minimize the damage and promptly take corrective measures.
